AT&T Throttles "Unlimited" Data Users

Some AT&T users are discovering that their 'unlimited' data plans aren't so unlimited after all. Kevin Pereira and Jonathan Geller from Boy Genius Report discuss the issue of AT&T throttling the top 5% of heavy data users by reducing their speeds amidst growing suspicions that the company wants to push their tiered data plans.
