Who says social networking is dead? Not us. If it weren't for social sites like BrighKite and Twitter, we would not have gotten the opportunity to showcase this track. DJ TechNasty from New Music DJs, gave us access to this mp3 as a friendly gesture of possible things to come. This proves to be the first "Dirty South" style track to be available in our library available for free download. When asked to submit a small description of the track, TechNasty simply replied, "SBE's new single 'Whachulike' is a club banger that will have you jookin'! Made for the ladies, but the fellas can vibe too." Straight and to the point. We like that. Enjoy.

The Dallas Conspiracy - "Re-living the Patterns"

It seems certain relationships get started and never leave the ground. This song portrays, at least in this writer's opinion, the onslaught of thoughts that pass through the mind when said relationships fail to grow into something tangible. Some of us never get that opportunity. Some of us do, and then fail at it miserably, but this track teaches us that it's not always our fault. No matter how much you want to save someone, they have to want to be saved. Sometimes the only way to save someone is to heed to their request to be left alone. "Two stray bullets through your window, as I slip into the night." - A figurative killshot to the brain to forget about them, if you will. Dark, but to the point. If we decide to ante up again, we try to come up with ways to not relive the previous patterns...

The Dallas Conspiracy - "Find My Way Back"

Just in time for Twitter's Music Monday and this weekend's events in Orlando, The Dallas Conspiracy sent us some more tracks that are produced by our very own DJ Aaron Bond. Fan or not, you can definitely hear Bond's electronic frills on this poppy tune. The song's title and lyrics play out perfectly in his current, unfortunate situation. Although doing better now, Bond is currently in the hospital trying to recover and make his way back to us by the weekend. While concern for our artists and their safety is priority number one, we can't stop this soldier from playing a show. TDC is lucky to have him, as are we. Our thoughts and prayers are with him for a speedy recovery. Here's to him finding his way back home... enjoy!
