McCarron Best

[ St. Petersburg ] McCarron Best has been singing since breath first graced her body. Thankfully, she's discovered, she's pretty darn good at it!

She set out on a musical journey a few years ago. And what started as a hobby has turned into a full blown passion. She began as a shy studio singer (check out the tracks on her MySpace page for tunes from that era), writing and singing mostly breaks, with a little House, Downtempo, and DnB thrown in. As her confidence grew, she decided to come out of the booth and try her luck on stage.

Luckily for her, she had friends with more confidence in her abilities than she did at that time. The Torque crew in Orlando and the Stateside Collective Crew in Tampa, both encouraged her to get in the mix as a vocalist/MC for their DnB endeavors. She fell in love! The ensuing year found her pursuing her new found love all over the state of Florida. From Miami to Gainesville, and everywhere in between, she's shared a stage with some of the biggest names in DnB. These include: Reid Speed, Artificial Intelligence, Mr. Bailey, Spor, Black Sun Empire, Danny Byrd, Focus of Basic Ops, Logistics, Ewun, and her heroes and inspiration: LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad. As her journey into DnB continues, she hopes to soon gig outside of Florida, and eventually on a global scale as well!

McCarron is also blessed and thankful to be a part of Tampa House Music, or THM as it's affectionately reffered to, but this little girl with the big voice has high hopes for the future! Lately, she's teamed up with BLR, Aaron Bond, and Analysis to join the growing family here at FEN Entertainment. We welcome her with open arms, along with her dreams and ambitions, so that we may collaborate in making positive changes toward the future. And that, kiddies, is the key to it all. If you love what you're doing and stay true to your art, culture, friends, and above all else yourself, how can you not influence positive change?
