     [ Tampa, FL ] Fate must have struck a chord when lead guitarist and vocalist were paired together as roommates at random, as USF business students. Neither of the two had met each other before, but they began playing and writing music together. Not soon after, Joe and Anthony stumbled upon Jared Huffman, who just happened to have a drumset stuffed into his jail cell of a dorm room. After a considerable amount of jams and consequent noise complaints and violations, they caught the eye of musician Greg Baker. Greg could "slappa da bass" like a riot and was instantly accepted into the mix. The four-piece band that spawned from the college students living on the USF campus, became Top Shelf. With a unique alternative sound, a combination of talented musicians, and catchy lyrics that finds the complexity in simplicity, Top Shelf is truly... Top Shelf.
